A message about COVID-19

We are happy to announce our office remains open to patient care during this Covid-19 pandemic. It is a great privilege and responsibility to treat your children and our young adult patients. To that end we are committed to ensure that is it both safe and comfortable when you come for your dental visit.

We are taking additional precautions to address our shared health and safety concerns for our patients, parents and staff.  You are welcome to come into the practice.  Please make an effort to maintain 6 feet of distance from other families in the waiting room.  We have implemented electronic documents, over the phone payments, and staggering appointments to limit the amount of time and the number of people in the office. High level HEPA filters on our HVAC system and additional room air filtration units with HEPA filters have been installed. The clinical team is wearing additional PPE and barriers have been installed where necessary as well.

As always, feel free to contact us by phone if you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated while we navigate our new normal. We look forward to seeing you!

CDC and RIDOH announcements

As of May 17, 2021 the CDC and RIDOH announced that fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear masks both inside or outside. As a result of this news, we wanted to inform our patients and parents we will continue to require masks in our dental practice as we are a healthcare facility. This includes 'fully vaccinated' individuals.  While most of our employees are fully vaccinated they will continue to wear their masks. We will continue with the current time allotted for appointments and thorough cleaning protocols.  The safety of our patients, parents and staff is of utmost importance to us. Please continue to monitor for symptoms and do not come to the dental practice if you have any symptoms. We appreciate your understanding of our safety protocols.

We would like to make our patients aware of how the office operates during Inclement Weather.

We Care for Kids Dental will be in contact with you at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment, if the office feels it is necessary to close due to weather, or other extenuating circumstances.  With your busy schedules in mind and your safety as a top priority, we make every effort to accommodate your scheduled appointment as long as weather permits.
