A message about COVID-19

We Care for Kids Dental practice is closed until further notice. We are monitoring the situation very closely and receiving updates from the RIDOH & CDC regularly.  If you have an upcoming scheduled appointment, our office will be reaching out to you by text message.

As healthcare workers, our practice follows routine CDC infection control guidelines including personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, protective eyewear, and lab coats).  We will continue to disinfect our clinical area with EPA - registered hospital disinfectants. In addition, we will be cleaning and disfecting non-clincal frequently touched surfaces (countertops, doorknobs, and childrens toys) with EPA - registered hospital disinfectants thoughout the day.

The safety of our staff and patients is our highest priority.  If you are not feeling well and/or have travelled outside of the country, please let us know so we can work to reschedule your appointment. Staff will also be asked to stay home if they are not feeling well.

In the event that we should have to close, we will inform scheduled patients by text message at least 2 hours prior to their appointment. Our answering service and website will provide up-to-date information as well.

Please stay vigilant with up to date rational and fact-based information/guidance available through RI Department of Health and CDC.

We would like to make our patients aware of how the office operates during Inclement Weather.

We Care for Kids Dental will be in contact with you at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment, if the office feels it is necessary to close due to weather, or other extenuating circumstances.  With your busy schedules in mind and your safety as a top priority, we make every effort to accommodate your scheduled appointment as long as weather permits.
